Fast growing conference company seeking enthusiastic marketing manager to develop comprehensive marketing
plans within budget for our executive-level conferences and seminars. Responsibilities include
developing media partnerships, list selection, proofing copy, and implementing direct mail, e-mail
and fax marketing campaigns. You are also responsible from start to finish for seeing each brochure
through the design, printing and mailing process. Hands-on training will be provided. We offer a great
casual working environment with experienced personnel.
Requirements:
- 2 years marketing experience, preferably in direct mail
- Excellent organizational and research skills
- Excellent computer skills including excel
- Web experience and e-mail marketing proficiency a plus

responsibility of the Sales/Business Development Associate to ensure
that every program developed has the largest amount of revenue.
The main responsibilities of the Sales/Business Development Associate
include, but are not limited to:
1. DISTRIBUTE INFORMATION: It is the Sales/Business Development
Associate's responsibility to ensure that all conference information
reaches the targeted audience primarily through calls, but also via email.
2. DEVISE CONTACT LISTS: Generation of sales leads through
research and internal lists/leads
3. BUILD RELATIONSHIPS: The Sales/Business Development Associate
will need to have strong written and oral communication skills.
You should have a college degree, an excellent telephone manner, and enjoy talking with high-level executives. You should also possess a persuasive but not intimidating phone presence and you must be extremely persistent and motivated by money.
Financial Research Associates is a growing organization that is ideal for a
team-oriented person with an entrepreneurial spirit. If you shrink away

Highly regarded Santa Cruz-based conference company seeks a conference producer to specialize in business research, project management, and the planning and execution of educational conferences. You will research and put together the intellectual content of conference programs at the cutting edge of business strategy in the finance, healthcare and pharmaceutical fields. You will be responsible for structuring the conference agenda as a result of live research with senior managers from a cross section of companies, selecting and inviting high level speakers.
